Requirements

  • At least 8 years of experience working in the beauty industry, strongly prefer Global Marketing with skincare experience
  • Must have experience in the beauty product development space
  • Undergraduate degree required.
  • Must be willing to come to our NY office 2-3/x a week in person.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent Microsoft skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Must be a self-starter, professionally mature, accountable, flexible, resourceful, organized and highly detail-oriented with accurate work output

Responsibilities

  • Support product development and go-to-market execution for the skincare portfolio.
  • Assist the Senior Marketing Director on ideation to execution of skincare activation plans partnering cross-functionally with initiative leadership, trade marketing, activation, education, influencer marketing and digital on all campaign materials.
  • Develop innovation product concepts, positioning, packaging, and communication, partnering cross-functionally with R&D, IL, trade marketing, activation, education and retailer teams.
  • Write and deliver briefs to provide brand direction on innovation for R&D, IL teams.
  • Manage artwork review process, maintain and monitor project timelines, follow-up with cross-functional partners to ensure timely delivery.
  • Write and deliver creative briefings to kick off go-to-market program development, tracking key milestones, submitting + updating briefs, helping coordinate shoots, budgets and working closely with teams to ensure delivery meets brief/launch objectives.
  • Conduct category and competitive assessment and leverage consumer insights that will influence strategic business recommendations.
  • Lead budget management for skincare projects, coordinating with Finance and cross‑functional partners to ensure alignment.
  • Seamlessly work across multiple projects involving multiple stakeholders and must easily adapt to change and be proactive in identifying problems and finding solutions.
