About The Position

We are seeking a Senior Brand Designer to shape the company's market presence through marketing and communications materials, as well as lead brand identity design from strategy through final delivery. This role involves creating 360° branding programs, overseeing photo/video shoots, and collaborating with account management on client goals and creative direction. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio, a refined aesthetic, and the ability to lead projects while staying hands-on. This is a client-facing role that requires confident communication and presentation skills, as well as a deep understanding of design across various platforms.

Requirements

• 5–8 years designing high-caliber brand identities and campaigns
• Marketing/communications design experience (agency or client side)
• Strong craft and attention to detail across platforms
• Comfortable in fast-paced, collaborative studio environments
• Fluent in Keynote, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and AI design tools
• After Effects a plus

• Skilled designer with a strong portfolio across brand identity, campaigns, and execution
• Refined aesthetic, exceptional attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Shape the company's market presence through marketing and communications materials (print, email, social, video)
• Partner with leadership to design new business presentations, proposals, and key client-facing moments
• Design internal tools and templates
• Lead brand identity design from strategy through final delivery
• Create 360° branding programs: strategy, naming, identity, web, advertising, film
• Oversee photo/video shoots from concept through production
• Collaborate with account management on client goals and creative direction
• Build client relationships that drive account growth
