About The Position

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field
4-6 years of professional design experience, preferably in professional services, B2B marketing, or agency environment
Demonstrated experience with brand development, identity systems, or brand refresh initiatives
Portfolio demonstrating exceptional design skills, versatility, and sophisticated aesthetic judgment
Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy
Experience designing for both digital and print media
Proficiency in creating production-ready files for various output methods
Knowledge of current design trends and best practices
Exceptional attention to detail with commitment to producing error-free, polished work
Strong project management skills with ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
Excellent communication skills with ability to present and defend creative concepts
Collaborative mindset with ability to receive and incorporate feedback constructively
Strategic thinking with understanding of how design supports business objectives
Self-motivated with ability to work independently while also contributing to team success
