Senior Brand & Creative Designer

Tulip InterfacesSomerville, MA
Hybrid

About The Position

Tulip is a company that brings modern technology and AI into manufacturing, aiming to digitize an industry that accounts for almost 20% of the global economy. They have developed AI-native software to assist manufacturing workers. Tulip achieved unicorn status in January 2026 with a $1.3B valuation and is experiencing significant revenue growth. Their software is used by leading manufacturers to improve efficiency. Headquartered in Somerville, MA, with international offices, Tulip has been recognized as a World Economic Forum Global Innovator, a Gartner leader, and a "Best Place to Work" by Built In Boston. The company culture is described as AI-forward, humanistic, and high ownership, seeking individuals who are energized by complex problems and global impact. This role involves owning the visual language of a category as it is being defined, encompassing the brand system, campaign creative, and all market-facing assets. Tulip aims to replace traditional manufacturing systems with thoughtfully built brand storytelling. This is a senior individual contributor role where impact is driven by the quality of work, the ability to extend the brand system under pressure, and the creation of tools to enhance team capability.
