About The Position

Knak is a mission-driven company focused on empowering people to be creative. They offer a world-class enterprise email and landing page creation platform designed by marketers, for marketers. Their SaaS solution aims to make marketers more efficient, improve campaign conversion rates, and help them stay on brand. The Senior Brand Designer will shape and evolve the company's brand presence across various channels, creating visuals that are clear, consistent, and impactful to strengthen market presence and support demand generation. This role involves close collaboration with marketing, product, and leadership teams, balancing consistency with creativity, and designing for a B2B audience while maintaining originality. The ideal candidate cares deeply about craft, thrives in collaboration, and is excited to push creative boundaries. A portfolio showcasing design projects and craft quality is required.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in brand or graphic design, ideally in-house at a SaaS, tech, or B2B company, or within an agency supporting similar clients.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite and Google Slides.
  • Solid fundamentals in typography, color, layout, and visual hierarchy.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • A collaborative, feedback-driven mindset with strong communication skills with both creative and non-creative stakeholders.
  • A strong portfolio that demonstrates polished, effective design across digital and print.
  • Experience using AI or generative tools to enhance creativity and efficiency.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in B2B SaaS or technology branding.
  • Experience working on landing pages and web design systems.
  • Understanding of B2B marketing principles and how design supports pipeline, positioning, and customer trust.
  • Familiarity with motion design, video, or animation.

Responsibilities

  • Evolve and maintain Knak’s visual brand identity by auditing existing assets and defining scalable visual systems for consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Develop and manage brand guidelines, templates, and toolkits to empower teams to produce high-quality, on-brand work.
  • Design and produce on-brand creative assets for marketing campaigns across web, social, email, paid campaigns, presentations, webinars, events, and sales enablement materials to drive engagement and conversion.
  • Support product and event marketing by translating product features and stories into compelling visuals for launches, demos, and events.
  • Contribute to the evolution of the visual narrative by collaborating on ideas, exploring new creative directions, and experimenting with AI tools.
