The Brand & Customer Marketing Specialist, Air & Water will lead efforts to develop key distributor and dealer customers in the HVAC and Plumbing channel for the West region and support our key national customers, plus own key marketing projects to develop the GE/Haier brand. The role’s primary focus will be on customer development and key responsibilities include partnering with sales, brand and product teams to lead the dealer program education and training, fuel dealer conversion, maximize co-op utilization, and optimize fund usage to deliver a strong ROI. This role will work with its west and national sales counterparts to further develop the GE, Haier, and/or Air & Water brands by leading projects such as activation of tradeshows, website strategy, seasonal programs, digital marketing campaigns, new product launches, and more. The ideal candidate has experience leading and influencing across internal and external organizational structures, a passion for customer service and growing the business, and a proven track record of getting things done.
