About The Position

Perfection Group is seeking a Senior Brand & Creative Designer to be the creative force behind the company's brand experience. This hands-on role involves shaping and strengthening the brand across various channels, including visual identity, messaging, sales materials, digital content, social media, office environments, events, and recruiting campaigns. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of both the big picture and fine details, capable of developing creative concepts and executing them effectively.

Requirements

At least five years of experience in graphic design, brand, creative services, or marketing.
A degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related creative field.
A portfolio demonstrating strong design thinking across print and digital channels.
Expert eye for typography, composition, layout, storytelling, and visual consistency.
Enjoy doing the creative work—not only directing it.
Ability to balance high standards with efficiency and project momentum.
Comfort managing multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders.
Ability to ask thoughtful questions and synthesize varied input into cohesive creative solutions.
Takes ownership, pays attention to details, and follows work through to completion.
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud and contemporary design and content-creation tools.
Ability to understand business, uncover stories, and translate them into exceptional creative.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute creative concepts across a wide variety of channels and experiences.
Create brand campaigns and storytelling.
Design sales presentations, proposals, and collateral.
Develop digital, print, email, and direct-mail campaigns.
Create social media content.
Develop recruiting and associate communications.
Design office graphics and environmental branding.
Contribute to trade shows and customer events.
Design signage, merchandise, and promotional materials.
Create leadership and company presentations.
Serve as the hands-on steward of the Perfection Group brand, ensuring consistency and evolution of its look, sound, and feel.
Partner with Marketing, Sales, People & Talent, Operations, and company leadership to translate business priorities into creative work.
Improve creative processes by developing templates, organizing brand assets, and streamlining project execution.
