Senior Brand & Communications Strategist

Noble Studios•Las Vegas, NV

About The Position

Noble Studios is seeking an experienced strategist to develop clear, compelling brand and communication strategies that address business challenges, inspire creative work, connect with audiences and improve marketing effectiveness. Working closely with the VP of Strategy & Insights, this role operates across brand, creative, media, performance and technology. The strategist leads client engagements from discovery and research through insight development, recommendations and creative briefing, and remains involved during creative development to help strengthen the work. The role calls for someone who can navigate ambiguity, make sense of complex business and audience information, identify patterns and present a persuasive point of view. The strategist builds trusted client relationships, guides research and workshops, develops brand platforms, supports new business efforts and collaborates closely with internal teams. Noble values good intent, meaningful connections, ownership, empowerment, curiosity, conviction and collaboration. The position is full-time and primarily follows Noble’s core business hours of 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Pacific Time, Monday through Friday. Noble prefers Nevada-based applicants and may consider candidates in California, Arizona, Washington or Oregon who are available to travel if needed. Travel is typically once per quarter for Production & Operations, though the posting does not specify a travel cadence for this strategy role. Candidates must pass background and reference checks and document their legal right to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. Noble participates in eVerify.
