About The Position

Wells Fargo is hiring a Senior Branch Premier Banker (SAFE) for its National Branch Network in Lakewood, Colorado. The role manages and grows relationships with affluent customers and customers with complex financial needs, acting as their primary point of contact for banking products and services through scheduled appointments, lobby engagement, and proactive outreach. The banker owns and grows a defined book of business, uses goals-based planning and prudent risk oversight, and provides integrated guidance across deposits, investments, credit, home lending, and business banking. The role also supports everyday banking needs, including opening accounts and handling service requests, and collaborates with internal partners to deliver a seamless customer experience. Wells Fargo provides digital tools, training, and ongoing coaching, with opportunities for career growth. The Senior Branch Premier Banker LP (license pending) role is temporary until licensing requirements and SAFE registration are successfully completed. Employees hired into that role who are not fully licensed participate in the Branch Network Licensed Banker program and transition to the Senior Branch Premier Banker (SAFE) role after successful completion of licensing requirements. The position requires active or timely completion of specified FINRA and state insurance licenses, SAFE registration, and applicable loan-originator requirements. Employment also requires meeting enhanced financial fitness and criminal background standards. A credit report may be reviewed, and additional ongoing screening may apply. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. The schedule includes most Saturdays.
