About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Branch Premier Banker (SAFE) for its National Branch Network. The role grows, deepens, and manages relationships with affluent customers and customers with complex financial needs, serving as their primary point of contact for banking products and services through scheduled appointments, lobby engagement, and proactive outreach. The banker owns and actively grows a defined book of business, using goals-based planning and prudent risk oversight to provide integrated solutions across deposits, investments, credit, home lending, and business banking. The role also supports everyday banking needs, including opening accounts and handling service requests, while delivering a seamless customer experience. The position is intended for growth-oriented professionals who lead with advice, build relationships through meaningful discovery, and translate customer goals into comprehensive financial strategies. Success relies on relationship-building, proactive customer engagement, and collaboration with partners in Wealth, Home Lending, and Business Banking. The banker is supported with digital tools, training, and ongoing coaching. The Senior Branch Premier Banker LP (license pending) role is temporary until licensing requirements and SAFE registration are completed. Employees hired into that role who are not fully licensed participate in the Branch Network Licensed Banker program and transition to the Senior Branch Premier Banker (SAFE) role upon successful completion of licensing requirements. Required FINRA licenses and state insurance licenses must be active or completed within a designated timeframe and maintained for continued employment. SAFE registration is required at employment; Wells Fargo initiates the process after the employee starts. The role also requires meeting enhanced financial fitness and criminal background standards. It is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
