We are looking for a proactive and Senior BPO Business Development Manager to spearhead our global sales strategy and drive revenue growth. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience in BPO sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven success in managing remote sales teams and achieving aggressive targets.
  • Strong understanding of BPO services, customer service, and outsourcing models.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Build and manage a high-performing remote sales team across multiple regions.
