Requirements
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
Nice To Haves
- Experience working with children from birth through age 12.
- Experience in developing and overseeing individualized, evidence-based ABA treatment plans.
- Experience providing clinic-based ABA services.
- Experience analyzing clinical data and adjusting treatment strategies.
- Experience providing supervision, mentorship, and clinical guidance to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
- Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary clinical teams.
- Experience partnering with Speech, Occupational, and Physical Therapists.

Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee individualized, evidence-based ABA treatment plans.
- Provide clinic-based ABA services to children with a variety of developmental and behavioral needs.
- Analyze clinical data and adjust treatment strategies to maximize client progress.
- Provide supervision, mentorship, and clinical guidance to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
- Collaborate with fellow BCBAs and members of our multidisciplinary clinical team.
- Partner with Speech, Occupational, and Physical Therapists to support comprehensive client care.
- Maintain high standards of clinical quality and ethical practice.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and stay current on ABA research and best practices.
