About The Position
Reliant ABA Therapy, Inc. is a clinician-owned and clinician-operated company dedicated to transforming the lives of children and families through evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis. We serve children from birth through age 12, helping them build skills in communication, behavior, social interaction, independence, and emotional well-being. Our BCBAs collaborate with Speech, Occupational, and Physical Therapy teams to provide holistic care in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Requirements
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Experience working with children with developmental and behavioral needs.
- Ability to analyze clinical data and adjust treatment strategies.
- Experience providing supervision and mentorship to RBTs.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of clinical quality and ethical practice.
- Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee individualized, evidence-based ABA treatment plans.
- Provide clinic-based ABA services to children with a variety of developmental and behavioral needs.
- Analyze clinical data and adjust treatment strategies to maximize client progress.
- Provide supervision, mentorship, and clinical guidance to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
- Collaborate with fellow BCBAs and members of our multidisciplinary clinical team.
- Partner with Speech, Occupational, and Physical Therapists to support comprehensive client care.
- Maintain high standards of clinical quality and ethical practice.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and stay current on ABA research and best practices.
