About The Position

Reliant ABA Therapy, Inc. is a clinician-owned and operated organization dedicated to transforming the lives of children and families through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. We serve children from birth to 21 years old, helping them overcome challenges in communication, behavior, social interactions, and emotional well-being. Our team collaborates with Speech, Occupational, and Physical Therapists to provide holistic, wrap-around services. We offer a supportive and collaborative environment that prioritizes patient success and clinician well-being, aiming to prevent burnout and unrealistic productivity demands. This role is ideal for a BCBA seeking clinical influence, manageable caseloads, and professional growth.

Requirements

  • Active BCBA certification (required)
  • Eligible for licensure and practice in Texas
  • 3 years of experience preferred
  • Experience supervising RBTs and/or junior clinicians
  • Strong leadership, communication, and clinical judgment skills

Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
  • Supervise and mentor RBTs and BCBAs in training
  • Provide clinical guidance to ensure ethical, evidence-based care
  • Monitor treatment progress and adjust programs as needed
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams
  • Support training, onboarding, and clinical best practices
  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
