They empower children from birth to 21 years old to overcome challenges in communication, behavior, social interactions, and emotional well-being through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. Clinicians have the opportunity to provide holistic wrap-around services by collaborating with Speech, Occupational, and Physical Therapists to ensure client success. This role is ideal for a BCBA who desires clinical influence, manageable caseloads, and professional growth without burnout or unrealistic productivity demands.

Requirements

• Active BCBA certification (required)
• Eligible for licensure and practice in Texas
• 3 years of experience preferred
• Experience supervising RBTs and/or junior clinicians
• Strong leadership, communication, and clinical judgment skills

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and BCBAs in training
• Provide clinical guidance to ensure ethical, evidence-based care
• Monitor treatment progress and adjust programs as needed
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams
• Support training, onboarding, and clinical best practices
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
