About The Position

Lindus Health is on a mission to power biology's century by making clinical trials radically faster and more reliable, thereby transforming how new treatments are developed and reach patients. Since March 2021, the company has powered over 100 clinical trials involving tens of thousands of patients and recently secured $55M in Series B funding. Lindus Health is seeking an experienced Senior Biostatistician with a minimum of 5 years of experience in statistics or biostatistics, specifically within the medical or clinical research field. This role is ideal for an individual passionate about healthcare innovation, eager to assume leadership responsibilities within the Biostatistics team, and who thrives in a collaborative environment focused on driving change in clinical trials. The successful candidate will serve as a key expert, providing statistical strategy and mentorship to junior team members.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in statistics/biostatistics within the clinical or medical research field.
Highly proficient in statistical programming in R and well-versed in regulatory guidelines such as CDISC standards. Successfully contributed to FDA submissions and understand what it takes to get it right.
Strong leadership abilities, with experience managing reports, leading teams or projects and providing mentorship.
Exceptional written and verbal communicator, with the ability to communicate complex statistical findings to diverse audiences.
Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects and priorities.
Driven by a deep passion for the healthcare industry and commitment to driving innovative treatments.

Responsibilities

Lead Statistical Strategy Design: Take ownership of statistical strategy and analysis for clinical trials across multiple therapeutic areas and phases. Create and implement statistical Standard Operating Procedures. Collaborate closely with sponsors and the wider clin ops teams to ensure tailored solutions.
Advanced Statistical Programming and Analysis: Lead statistical programming efforts for complex clinical trials, ensuring high-quality analysis and reporting.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Serve as an internal Subject Matter Expert (SME) for statistical methodologies, trial design, and data management. Provide guidance to cross-functional teams, including Clinical Operations and Data Management, and external stakeholders.
Line Management and Mentorship: Take responsibility for line managing and /or mentoring junior team members. Help develop internal processes and best practices to ensure high quality results as our customer base grows.
Stakeholder Communication: Communicate statistical findings effectively to both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clarity and understanding across both technical and non-technical audiences.
