About The Position

Peraton seeks a Senior BI Developer (Lead) to support the Department of Defense Cyber Defense Command (DCDC) with DCO AI Cyber Security. In this role, you will serve as the lead for the Analytic Support Cell, responsible for developing dashboards, visualizations, and reporting products that communicate cyber readiness and analytic outcomes to leadership.

Requirements

• Minimum of 12 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 10 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 7 years with Ph.D.
• Expert proficiency in BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik)
• Strong data visualization and UX design skills
• Proficiency in SQL and Python
• Experience creating executive-level reports
• 3+ years leading BI teams
• U.S Citizenship required
• DoD TS with ability to obtain/maintain SCI clearance

Nice To Haves

• Tableau and/or Power BI certifications are preferred
• 12 years of specific experience
• Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 5 visualization and documentation professionals
• Design unified dashboards within Caspian for situational awareness
• Oversee DASC Readiness and Performance Reports production
• Tailor analytic products for multiple audience levels
