In the role of Senior Benefits Specialist, we'll count on you to administer Leave of Absences for a U.S. Region (Disability, FMLA, etc), ensure HDR leave program is compliant with State and Federal leave laws, process payments for short-term disability, track FMLA usage, answer routine to complex benefit-related questions and troubleshoot questions on employee coverage, mentor and educate Benefit team members and office HR Representatives, develop and conduct presentations as needed, act as a liaison between insurance carriers and employees or office HR representatives as needed, process various insurance carrier monthly invoices, conduct monthly and quarterly audits with insurance carriers, assist in administering Canada benefit programs, be involved with administering the Open Enrollment Process, administer Paid Time Away programs globally, develop employee education and communication pieces, and process life insurance claims and assist beneficiaries through the process.
