Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Related Field - 7 years of experience

  • Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) - International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans
  • Professional in Human Resources (PHR) - HRCI
  • SHRM-CP - SHRM

Responsibilities

  • Analyze claims, utilization, and employee data to identify trends.
  • Develop and distribute reports/dashboards for leadership.
  • Lead annual open enrollment planning, testing, and rollout.
  • Monitor vendor SLAs and escalate performance issues.
  • Ensure compliance with ACA, ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA.
  • Act as SME for escalated and complex employee benefit issues.
  • Recommend enhancements based on analytics.
  • Support cross-functional HR and Finance projects.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility, collaboration, and a service-oriented approach consistent with Arkansas Children’s mission and values.
