Our Newest Opportunity: The Account Executive will assist with the new business quoting process to final stages of implementation. This position will work in partnership with the Sales Consultant as an extension of the team.

Requirements

  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate efficiently and effectively with C-suite clients and prospective clients
  • Must possess the ability to work with clients at a senior strategic level
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Must be self-motivated and disciplined
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment
  • Must be highly skilled in use of Microsoft Office
  • Must be organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to meet deadlines and work well with others
  • BA / BS Degree
  • Minimum 7-10 years’ experience in benefits account management in a consultative role
  • Current life and health insurance license
  • Familiarity and practical knowledge of quoting process and tools

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software program, preferred

Responsibilities

  • Remain up to date and knowledgeable on current industry, market and regulatory changes and ensure clients remain educated on relevant and key updates
  • Manage escalated service issues to ensure resolution and client satisfaction
  • Review RFPs to ensure proper strategy is being executed
  • Work closely with Sales Consultants to identify markets for solicitation of new business
  • Perform additional responsibilities and requests as requested
