About The Position

Chatters is looking for a Senior Beauty Sales Consultant to join their growing team. This role involves being a product expert, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a passion for beauty, excellent communication skills, and a positive, outgoing attitude. Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, merchandising, and supporting the team.

This position is based out of the Chatters South Edmonton Common retail salon.

Requirements

• Experience in the customer service, sales, or retail industry.
• Computer proficiency.
• Positive, outgoing, upbeat, and driven to succeed.
• Ability to provide exceptional guest experience and build customer loyalty.
• Confident, flexible, and self-motivated.
• Strong communication skills.
