About The Position

Chatters is looking for a Senior Beauty Sales Consultant that is ready to be our next success story and join our growing team based out of our Midtown Plaza Retail Salon. This role involves being a product expert with an inherent ability to present and promote beauty products at the customer level due to a passion for all things beauty-related. Success is defined by customers leaving happy with recommendations. The role requires top-notch communication skills, an outgoing and positive attitude, and the ability to handle challenging sales. The ideal candidate is motivated by sales targets and known for excellent customer service skills that generate referrals. Responsibilities include organizing and supporting wherever required, from booking to merchandising, and enjoying the delivery of 5-star customer service.

Requirements

• Experience in the customer service, sales, or retail industry
• Computer proficiency
• Positive, outgoing, upbeat, and driven to succeed
• Ability to provide exceptional guest experience at every interaction and make connections to retain customers
• Confident, flexible, and self-motivated to exceed expectations
• Strong communication skills
