The consultant will act as a product expert, promoting beauty products and ensuring customer satisfaction through recommendations. Key aspects include building strong customer relationships, enjoying sales challenges, aiming to exceed sales targets, and providing 5-star customer service, which also involves tasks like booking and merchandising.
Requirements
- Positive, outgoing, upbeat and driven to succeed
- Ability to provide exceptional guest experience at every interaction and make connections to keep them coming back
- Experience in the customer service, sales or retail industry
- Proficiency with computers
- Confident, flexible, self-motivated to exceed expectations
- Mad communication skills
