A global nonprofit that provides trusted biological materials for science and health, ATCC is hiring a Senior Business Development Manager for Industry Solutions. This is a hybrid role (four days onsite, one day remote) in Manassas, VA. This role leads full lifecycle business development for ATCC Industry Solutions with a primary focus on commercial sales, customer outreach, and winning new business. The Senior Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying and qualifying new leads, developing customer relationships, delivering sales presentations, and converting opportunities into won service contracts. The role drives market engagement of services to prospective customers, partners, and stakeholders; refines sales strategies through customer insights and competitive positioning; and advances opportunities to improve win probability. This individual collaborates with mid- and senior-level management to assess solution viability, develop value propositions, negotiate agreements, and finalize deals while building new customer relationships and expanding existing accounts in biomanufacturing, global health, biosecurity, or biotechnology markets.
