Raytheon’s Software Engineering, Ground and Maritime department is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Baseline Configuration Lead (BCL) to help oversee and manage the software release process for our Lower Tier Air & Missile Defense Sensor (LTAMDS) program and to contribute to key mission areas or variants within the program. This is an exciting opportunity for growth in both technical expertise and program development. The Senior Baseline Configuration Lead (BCL) will ensure releases align with the program schedule and Program Increment (PI) objectives while maintaining proper version control and accurate baselines for software artifacts, configurations, and documentation. This role demands strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills to ensure effective collaboration across teams and stakeholders. This role offers the opportunity to make a tangible impact across the program. This role will be 100% on-site in Tewksbury, Massachusetts with domestic business travel opportunities up to 25%.
