About The Position
This position is responsible for providing polite, efficient, precise, welcoming, and professional service to patrons. As a bar server you will hold the responsibility of knowing communicating our products and providing a memorable experience.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Prior bar or restaurant experience a plus
- Friendly and welcoming customer service
- Ability to multitask
- Willingness and initiative to help out other employees with customers and service needs
- Takes direction easily from co-workers and leaders/managers to deliver best customer experience
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
- Provides exceptional customer service to all patrons
- Responsible for opening setup, closing duties, and cleaning projects
- Serves and takes food and alcohol orders
- Accurately tenders money and gives change for purchases made at the bar
- Stocks bottled beer, soda and soda syrups, and inventory
- Coordinate activities with team members to execute a smooth flowing experience for patrons
- Other duties as assigned.
