Requirements

  • Expertise in financial analysis and client servicing.
  • Private and commercial lending and/or leasing experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of the banking industry, competition, and financing.
  • Knowledge of investments, trust, and financial consulting concepts to identify cross-selling opportunities.
  • Skills in negotiation, leadership, and sales.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Highly flexible and adaptable to change.

Responsibilities

  • Develops new relationships and identifies prospects, developing marketing strategies for specific clients.
  • Manages complex wealth management banking credit and treasury management client relationships, identifying opportunities in investment and fiduciary areas.
  • Structures and negotiates complex loan and/or lease agreements according to established guidelines.
  • Analyzes and negotiates loan terms, including special pricing, interest rates, and Swaps, and oversees the preparation of financing documentation.
  • Advises and consults with clients regarding Goals Driven Wealth Management.
  • Generates leads through established relationships with Centers of Influence (COIs) and cultivates a network of additional COIs.
  • Provides comprehensive, in-depth consulting and leadership to team and partners at a high technical level as a subject area expert.
  • Carries out activities that are large in scope, cross-functional, and technically difficult.
  • Balances high-level operational execution with the development and execution of strategic direction for business function activities.
  • Interacts directly with different committees and/or management.
  • Develops, implements, and administers programs within functional areas strategically.
  • Leads others to solve complex problems.
