About The Position

We are seeking a Senior Backend .NET Developer to join our team. This full-time, remote position involves developing backend services and REST APIs using C# and .NET. You will be responsible for building business and domain logic adhering to SOLID and Clean Architecture principles. The role requires working with technologies such as Entity Framework Core, LINQ, SQL Server, and Azure SQL. You will also design integrations with enterprise and third-party systems, implement asynchronous processing, background services, and messaging solutions using Azure Service Bus and other relevant technologies. API security implementation using OAuth 2.0, JWT, Entra ID, and RBAC is a key part of this role, as is implementing caching, logging, monitoring, and error-handling solutions. Developing unit and integration tests, troubleshooting production issues, optimizing application performance, and participating in code reviews and technical design discussions are also expected. Support for CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments is also part of the responsibilities.

Requirements

• 6–8+ years of software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with C# and modern .NET.
• Experience with .NET 8/9/10, ASP.NET Core, Web API, Entity Framework Core, LINQ, and SQL Server/Azure SQL.
• Strong experience designing REST APIs and enterprise integrations.
• Knowledge of asynchronous programming, messaging, and distributed systems.
• Experience with Azure and CI/CD.
• Strong understanding of database design, query optimization, SOLID principles, and design patterns.
• Experience with automated testing and Git-based development.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with microservices and event-driven architecture.
• Experience with Redis, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Experience with Azure API Management and Application Insights.
• Experience migrating legacy .NET Framework applications to modern .NET.
