Requirements

5+ years building scalable services, data pipelines, or production systems, ideally in fast-paced or entrepreneurial environments.
Strong experience with asynchronous Python, APIs, and data-heavy workloads.
Proactive and hands-on approach, taking initiative and figuring things out.
Ability to learn and adapt quickly, approaching problems with creativity and energy.
Resourceful, adaptable, and excited by tough challenges.
Customer-oriented mindset, focusing on creating reliable, scalable systems that deliver clean, auditable data and delightful speed/accuracy.
Collaborative, valuing transparency and good communication.

Responsibilities

Build data models, core backend infrastructure and services, as well as ship out new features, in Python - owning scalable APIs, robust data ingestion pipelines that pull documents from dozens of private market portals, event-driven processing systems, and integrations that feed our proprietary AI extraction engine.
Brainstorm product direction and tech strategy.
Work with clients, including pitching customers, designing features, and soliciting feedback.
Champion best practices and guide others in setting and maintaining standards for a secure, robust, and scalable B2B SaaS platform.
Mentor future team members.
