Requirements

• Experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on back-end development and system architecture.
• Proficiency in back-end technologies and programming languages (e.g., Go, Java) and a deep understanding of distributed systems and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and container orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) for deploying and managing services at scale.
• Solid experience in Agile development practices, with an ability to adapt to changing priorities and deliver high-quality results on time.
• Strong mentorship abilities, with a passion for guiding and developing engineers while fostering a collaborative team culture.
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical challenges.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to diverse audiences and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reliable back-end services, focusing on distributed architecture and microservices.
• Conduct code reviews, promoting best practices in software development, testing, and deployment.
• Analyze system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations to ensure optimal efficiency and reliability of pricing services.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying relevant advancements to improve the team’s technology stack and processes.
• Contribute to architectural discussions and decisions, providing technical guidance and insights to shape the overall direction of solution design.
