About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Senior B2C Banking Specialist to join our B2C team. This senior role plays a critical part in proactively engaging with B2C clients to understand and address their banking needs while expanding their relationship across BTG Pactual’s diverse product offerings. The Senior Banking Specialist will act as a trusted advisor, driving client growth and satisfaction, while also providing guidance and support to peers within the team to elevate overall performance.

Requirements

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Portuguese; Spanish language skills are a strong advantage.
  • Proven track record in a client-facing banking or financial services role within B2C channels, demonstrating strong relationship management and sales skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce to effectively manage client relationships and sales pipelines.
  • Outstanding outbound communication skills, particularly over the phone, with the ability to engage and influence clients professionally.
  • Demonstrated leadership and peer mentorship skills with experience guiding and supporting colleagues at a similar professional level.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively initiate and manage outbound communications with B2C clients to identify their financial goals and banking needs.
  • Open, manage, and maintain various deposit accounts including certificates of deposit (CDs), checking, and savings accounts with strict adherence to compliance and accuracy.
  • Identify client needs to recommend and facilitate referrals to appropriate investment and lending products, working collaboratively with specialized teams for seamless client service.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with customer support team in Brazil to ensure integrated and efficient overall client support.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of BTG Pactual’s product suite, banking regulations, and industry best practices to provide accurate and compliant client guidance.
  • Utilize CRM platforms such as Salesforce to meticulously document client interactions, track sales activities, and manage follow-up processes to enhance client engagement and retention.
  • Demonstrate phone skills, building rapport and fostering meaningful client relationships to grow BTG Pactual’s B2C client base.
  • Proactively monitor client accounts to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling, contributing to client portfolio growth and satisfaction.
  • Provide actionable insights and feedback from client interactions to support continuous improvement of products, services, and client experience.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to fellow banking specialists, sharing expertise, best practices, and supporting their professional development to strengthen team capabilities.
