About The Position

This is a leadership opportunity for experienced B2B SaaS marketers with 3-5 years of experience who are ready to own strategy. As the Senior B2B Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for the go-to-market strategy, marketing positioning, and integrated campaign execution for enterprise AI solutions. You will work directly with sales and technical leaders, influencing pipeline and revenue. This role offers significant autonomy, allowing you to shape the market narrative for AI solutions in the enterprise space.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience driving B2B marketing campaigns and generating leads.
  • Experience marketing AI, ML, automation, or advanced technology solutions.
  • Experience in regulated industries (biotech, medical devices, finance, manufacturing).
  • Account-based marketing (ABM) or enterprise marketing background.
  • Comfort with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot).
  • Familiarity with intent data and marketing intelligence tools.
  • Experience with B2B SaaS GTM (go-to-market) strategy.
  • Unique ability to speak 'engineer' and 'buyer' fluently.

Responsibilities

  • Own our go-to-market positioning for AI and Agentic solutions.
  • Develop a deep understanding of buyer personas, journey, and pain points.
  • Translate technical complexity (AI, ML, automation) into business value for enterprise buyers.
  • Create differentiated messaging that resonates with C-suite and technical decision-makers.
  • Partner with sales on ideal customer profile and account strategy.
  • Refine strategy quarterly based on market feedback and competitive moves.
  • Build and own content strategy that establishes the company as an enterprise AI expert.
  • Produce or lead the creation of thought-leadership articles, case studies, white papers, webinars, and video content.
  • Manage the content and editorial calendar.
  • Collaborate with technical SMEs to translate complex AI concepts into compelling narratives.
  • Establish the company as a credible voice in the enterprise AI/automation space.
  • Maintain high standards for quality, accuracy, and consistency across all communications.
  • Guide and mentor junior team members on content creation.
  • Plan and execute integrated B2B campaigns targeting enterprise prospects.
  • Own campaigns from concept to reporting, including messaging, asset creation, launch, optimization, and reporting.
  • Coordinate across channels such as LinkedIn, email, paid media, webinars, events, partnerships, and sales enablement.
  • Create compelling campaign narratives that connect positioning to buyer needs.
  • Measure and optimize campaigns for quality leads, not vanity metrics.
  • Focus on generating qualified leads and pipeline influence.
  • Define and measure metrics such as target account engagement, MQL quality, SQL conversion, and pipeline influence.
  • Build a repeatable demand generation engine that scales.
  • Continuously analyze performance and optimize based on data.
  • Establish a feedback loop with sales to assess lead quality and refine targeting.
  • Report monthly on marketing metrics, pipeline influence, and ROI.
  • Partner with sales leadership on alignment and strategy.
  • Collaborate with technical SMEs (engineers, product) to understand and market solutions.
  • Manage external partners, including agencies, freelancers, and vendors.
  • Communicate strategy and wins internally and externally.
  • Represent marketing in cross-functional meetings and leadership discussions.
