About The Position

We are seeking a Senior Aviation Project Manager to join our team in Laurel, MD, or Alexandria, VA! Your role About you Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. (INSERT STATE) Professional Engineer (P.E.) license or ability to obtain within 12 months. 10–15 years of experience delivering aviation design projects. Demonstrated experience leading design teams and managing large, complex aviation programs (airside, landside, and terminal). Experience delivering successful projects with public agencies such as (INSERT AIRPORTS). A strong seller‑doer mindset, including: Client relationship building. Pursuit strategy and positioning. Proposal and interview participation. Market assessment and opportunity identification. Ability to secure new work and grow existing accounts. Ability to travel for client meetings, project work, and pursuits. A passion for coaching, developing, and mentoring project teams. A strong focus on quality and long‑term client satisfaction. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, matrixed environment. Strong writing and communication skills, particularly for proposals and client‑facing materials.

Requirements
