About The Position

AutoShop Recruiting has partnered with a growing, highly rated independent automotive repair shop in Wylie, Texas, seeking an experienced Senior Automotive Service Advisor who can increase sales, strengthen customer confidence, and lead by example. This role offers a clear opportunity to become the shop’s top-performing advisor with an established customer base and modern processes.

Requirements

• Proven success as an automotive service advisor in a full-service repair shop
• Strong sales, closing, and relationship-building skills
• Knowledge of repair estimating, parts sourcing, and shop workflow
• Confidence handling high-value repair recommendations
• Accountability, urgency, and a team-first attitude
• Saturday availability is preferred, with a weekday off to maintain a five-day schedule.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers from vehicle intake through final delivery
• Present inspection findings and repair recommendations confidently
• Sell ethically while improving ARO, gross profit, and customer retention
• Maintain consistent communication throughout the repair process
• Build accurate estimates and coordinate parts, labor, and workflow
• Participate in vehicle walkarounds and Rack Attack processes
• Follow up on declined work and future maintenance needs
• Work closely with technicians to keep vehicles moving efficiently
