About The Position

We are seeking a talented Senior Automation QA Engineer (Python) to join our team and play a key role in testing customer CRM integrations. In this role, you will support customers' existing test automation, resolve bugs, and test implemented features to ensure compatibility with the latest CRM CTI APIs.

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in software testing or QA
• Experience with programming concepts and scripting languages such as Python
• Knowledge of version control, bug-tracking, and test management systems
• Experience in back-end testing, API testing, or microservices testing
• Troubleshooting and analytical skills, basic log analysis
• Practical experience with databases (MySQL or similar)
• Basic knowledge of UNIX/Linux

Nice To Haves

• Experience with programming concepts and scripting languages such as JavaScript
• Experience with cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure
• Experience with programming concepts and scripting in Java
• Basic understanding of security protocols (OWASP, PCI Compliance)
• Experience with high-volume transactional systems is a plus
