Requirements

A bachelor’s degree in accounting and at least five years of audit experience (for Senior Auditor path)
An active CPA license or a clear path to licensure within one year
Strong knowledge of GAAP and GAAS
Experience supervising staff and managing engagement deadlines
Clear communication, sound judgment, and proficiency in Excel and Word
Experience managing client relationships and multiple engagements (for Senior Tax Manager path)
Strong supervisory, project management, research, and analytical skills
The ability to explain complex matters clearly to clients

Nice To Haves

Farm tax experience is welcome, but it isn’t required.

Responsibilities

Lead small and medium-sized audit engagements from planning through financial statement delivery.
Perform, review, and supervise audits, reviews, and compilations.
Prepare basic financial statements.
