About The Position

Crowe is seeking future leaders for a Senior Audit Manager role with experience in the Banking industry vertical. This position offers a partner career path or growth opportunities. The Audit & Assurance team provides traditional attestation services, as well as accounting and consulting on applying accounting principles. Audit & Assurance professionals demonstrate deep specialization through an understanding of the market and business challenges their clients face and a dedication to audit quality. As an Audit Senior Manager, you will lead multiple teams, gain deep industry insight, and continue to grow relationships. With access to many resources and the support of executive leadership and your team, your work will involve responsibility for client relationships, providing performance feedback, anticipating and addressing client concerns, resolving problems, promoting new ideas and business solutions, and staying on top of industry developments.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of recent and relevant public accounting external audit experience.
  • Experience in external audit working with Banking clients.
  • Organization, communication, technical, time management, and accounting and auditing skills.
  • Ability to interact with clients, prospects, all levels of staff, and colleagues in a professional fashion.
  • Ability to multi-task since planning, executing, and wrapping up various engagements may have to be performed concurrently.
  • Experience supervising engagement team members and instructing them on completing assigned task.
  • Must be a licensed CPA in your aligned home office state or be able to acquire a reciprocal one for that state.
  • Ability to work additional hours as needed.
  • Ability to travel to various client sites.
