About The Position

Modern Family Law is growing and seeking a talented Senior Attorney to join their team. This is a hybrid Family Law Senior Attorney role based in their Bellevue office. The firm offers a remote-first setting with brick-and-mortar space available, a low billable hours requirement (120 per month), direct client contact, the opportunity to develop substantive litigation skills early in their career, and the satisfaction of impacting people’s lives. Requirements

Four (4) or more years of Family Law experience.
Active admission to the Washington State Bar.
Exceptional writing and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities with a client-focused mindset.

Experience in Family Law preferred; open to litigation candidates interested in practicing Family Law.
