About The Position

Modern Family Law is growing and seeking a talented Senior Attorney to join their team. This is a hybrid Family Law Senior Attorney role to help launch and grow their new Savannah office. While the physical office is not yet open, they are eager to start building relationships with talented Georgia attorneys who are excited about being part of something new. This is a unique opportunity to join their Southeast expansion from the ground up and help shape the culture and success of their Savannah team. Requirements

Four (4) or more years of Family Law experience.
Active admission to the Georgia State Bar.
Exceptional writing and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities with a client-focused mindset.

Nice To Haves

Experience in Family Law preferred; open to litigation candidates interested in practicing Family Law.

Responsibilities

Handling a variety of family law cases, such as divorce, custody, and child and spousal support.
Direct client communications.
Drafting legal documents.
Handling depositions, court appearances, and mediations.
