About The Position

We are seeking a Senior Litigation Personal Injury Attorney to provide efficient and creative legal representation for our clients. With over 40 collective years of litigation experience, primarily in insurance defense in California, we possess extensive knowledge in handling various case types including automobile and homeowner bodily injury/property damage, commercial general liability, construction defect, professional liability (medical malpractice, errors and omissions), and employment practices liability (wrongful termination, sexual harassment, discrimination). Our team has tried over 50 cases to verdict, mostly jury trials, and one member is recognized by ABOTA for exceptional trial skills. We specialize in taking over cases shortly before trial, even those with minimal prior work-up, and have a strong track record of achieving successful outcomes through trial or settlement. Our reputation with the plaintiff's bar and proven trial success facilitate pre-trial settlements when appropriate.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in insurance defense cases involving high exposure injuries and damages.
• Ability to litigate cases that have been worked up by other law firms.
• Experience with expert depositions.
• Experience with trial preparation.
