About The Position

Modern Family Law, a rapidly expanding national law firm specializing in Family Law, is seeking a hybrid Family Law Senior Attorney to join one of our Bay Area offices. The attorney may work out of our San Jose office. Modern Family Law is growing, and we are looking for talented attorneys to join our team! Requirements

Four (4) or more years of Family Law experience.
Active admission to the California State Bar.
Exceptional writing and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities with a client-focused mindset.

Nice To Haves

Experience in Family Law preferred; open to litigation candidates interested in practicing Family Law.

Responsibilities

Handling a variety of family law cases, such as divorce, custody, and child and spousal support.
Direct client communications.
Drafting legal documents.
