The Alternative Investor Services Team delivers comprehensive fund administration for domestic and offshore Hedge and Private Equity Funds. Core functions include investor transaction processing, compliance and due diligence, reporting and communications, and investor onboarding and maintenance. By leveraging our expertise and technology, we provide a scalable platform that allows clients to focus on investing while we manage essential operational tasks.

Requirements

  • Minimally requires a Master’s degree and 1 year of related experience, Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of related experience, or high School Diploma.
  • Degree: Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
  • Investor or Financial Industry experience.
  • Strong understanding of financial instruments and alternative investment structures, such as hedge funds, private equity, and real estate, with excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reconciliation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant financial software, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively manage and analyze financial data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders, and strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on accuracy, efficiency, and client service, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and systems.

Responsibilities

  • Process and reconcile investor transactions, including subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, and capital calls, while maintaining accurate investor records and updating client databases.
  • Prepare and distribute investor statements, capital accounts, and other client-facing reports, and respond to investor inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist with the calculation and reconciliation of fund performance and investor allocations and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client service.
  • Participate in the onboarding of new clients, setup of investor accounts, and identify areas for process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in investor services operations.
  • Ensure adherence to internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, and assist with ad-hoc projects and reporting as required by management to support the investor services function.
