About The Position

Shape the leadership behind healthcare’s most impactful companies. As a Senior Associate, you serve as a strategic partner to the founders and investors building the industry's future. Own the end-to-end execution of C-suite mandates (CEO, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Financial Officer) for venture-backed, private equity-backed and growth-stage healthcare companies. Cultivate, own and manage client relationships and hold ultimate accountability for all client deliverables; lead weekly search calls, manage candidate progression and overall search cadence and success. Identify and engage relevant executives through outreach and subsequent screening, interview and networking calls. Conduct deep-dive market mapping to identify talent and emerging healthcare trends at the intersection of Payer, Value-Based Care, Digital Health, Life Sciences, and Multisite Healthcare. In conjunction with Director support, manage small project teams of Associates in search work. Drive Oxeon Key Initiatives around both building the business and building the organization (i.e. internal operations, business development, marketing, process improvement, ongoing development & learning, etc.). Act as a key cultural contributor and leader internally; exemplify Oxeon’s core values of Intellectual Curiosity, Emotional Intelligence, Ownership, Resilience, Collaboration and Spirit of Generosity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3–6 years of relevant experience in executive search, management consulting, expert networks, or client-facing professional services.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills with the ability to build rapport with world-class executives.
  • A strong desire to take on an increasing amount of responsibilities and continually function “out over your skis”.
  • A track record of high achievement: you don’t just meet goals, you exceed them - academically, professionally, and personally.
  • Ambition for hands-on ownership, entrepreneurial drive, and the ability to thrive in high-velocity environments.
