About The Position
Marks, O’Neill, O’Brien, Doherty & Kelly (MOODK) is seeking an experienced litigation attorney to join its Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania office. The firm is a mid-sized regional practice specializing in general liability, professional liability, and toxic tort litigation. The position is available in a full-time remote, hybrid, or onsite capacity. Requirements
- At least 7 years of litigation experience for the experienced role.
- Current and active Pennsylvania Bar membership in good standing.
- Superior written and oral communication skills.
- Strong organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) and LexisNexis.
- Familiarity with case/file management systems.

- Ability to track billable hours is strongly preferred.
