About The Position

Marks, O’Neill, O’Brien, Doherty & Kelly (MOODK), a mid-sized regional law firm specializing in general liability, professional liability, and toxic tort litigation, is seeking an experienced litigation attorney for its Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania office. The role may be performed remotely, in a hybrid arrangement, or onsite. The firm seeks an attorney with at least seven years of litigation experience and active membership in good standing with the Pennsylvania Bar. The salary range is $110,000–$150,000, commensurate with experience. Additional compensation may be earned through productivity and discretionary bonuses. Requirements

• At least 7 years of litigation experience.
• Current and active Pennsylvania Bar membership in good standing.
• Superior written and oral communication skills.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) and LexisNexis.
• Familiarity with case/file management systems.
