About The Position

Tishman Speyer is seeking second-year MBA students for a Senior Associate position in their Leadership Development Program (LDP). The LDP is a rotational program designed to provide multi-disciplinary training and develop well-rounded real estate professionals. Senior Associates will gain experience through exposure to Tishman Speyer’s core functional areas, with rotations lasting between 12 to 24 months. The program is based in New York, with potential opportunities for international assignments in U.S. regional and global offices. After completing 1-3 assignments, Senior Associates are expected to specialize in a particular function or geography. Full-time assignments may be located across the U.S., Europe, South America, and Asia.

Requirements

  • Second-year MBA students
  • Class of 2027 MBA graduates only
  • Evident passion for real estate and desire to build a career on the principal side

  • Demonstrated ability to leverage emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, automation, and data-driven tools, to improve efficiency, enhance decision-making, and drive innovation.
  • Strong problem-solving skills that combine creativity with rigorous analytical ability
  • Proficiency in utilizing AI-powered tools and emerging technologies to increase operational efficiency, enhance work quality, and identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation.
  • The ability to work effectively with both peers and senior executives in a highly entrepreneurial, team-oriented environment
  • Effective written and oral communication skills

  • Interest and flexibility to work in different functions and geographic regions (foreign languages are a plus)
