About The Position

The Senior Associate, Talent Acquisition is a full cycle recruiter and partner to hiring managers across the organization. The role translates business needs into practical recruiting strategies, leads disciplined selection processes, and delivers a high-quality experience for candidates and internal stakeholders. The successful candidate combines hands-on recruitment execution with market knowledge, and strong process management. The position manages searches from intake through offer and onboarding while using various recruitment sources, data and systems to improve hiring results.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years demonstrated experience managing full cycle recruiting processes in a corporate recruiting or executive search environment.
  • Strong direct sourcing and candidate assessment capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple searches and stakeholders simultaneously while maintaining accuracy, responsiveness, and sound judgment.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the credibility to advise hiring managers and represent the organization professionally in the market.
  • Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems, AI and recruiting technology; experience with Workday is strongly preferred.
  • Discretion in handling confidential information and a consistent commitment to fair recruiting practices.
  • Demonstrated contribution to process improvement, employer branding, talent programs, or recruiting technology initiatives.
  • Builds trust, manages expectations, and addresses difficult issues directly and constructively.
  • Highly collaborative in working across stakeholders and HR colleagues.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to clarify talent needs, role scope, organizational context, target candidate profiles, interview plans, and timing.
  • Advise stakeholders on the market, competitive positioning, compensation considerations, and realistic search strategies.
  • Draft and refine clear and market appropriate job descriptions that accurately reflect responsibilities and qualifications.
  • Establish search milestones and maintain regular communication with hiring teams, escalating risks, market intel or delays when needed.
  • Develop tailored sourcing strategies using direct outreach, referrals, internal mobility, research tools, job boards, and other relevant channels.
  • Manage external search firms when appropriate, including candidate ownership, service expectations, performance, and agreement terms in coordination with relevant partners.
  • Review applications and resumes and conduct interviews to assess overall alignment with the role.
  • Maintain a respectful, responsive, and transparent candidate experience throughout the process, including appropriate disposition and follow up.
  • Conduct references and coordinate any pre-employment steps.
  • Lead offer discussions, address candidate questions and manage negotiations.
  • Leverage Workday to manage requisitions, candidate activity, interview feedback, offers, and other records.
  • Use recruiting data and stakeholder feedback to identify bottlenecks, improve processes, and support informed resource decisions.
  • Gather and proactively share market intelligence and sourcing practices with Talent Acquisition colleagues.
  • Follow up with hiring managers after placement to understand new hire integration, capture lessons learned and improve future searches.
  • Involvement in other tasks as necessary.
