Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in construction-related software including Primavera P6, SAP, and PowerBI
  • 2 years of experience in program management, project management, construction project planning, and data analysis within the utility and data center industry
  • 2 years of experience in data center connectivity budgeting and costs estimating, electric transmission line program management and project controls, predictive analytics modeling, lean construction practices, and construction corporate sustainability and ESG
  • 2 years of experience in financial modeling, cost and schedule analysis and management for large capital projects and programs in the electric transmission industry
  • 2 years of experience in dashboard development in Tableau or other related platforms
  • 2 years of experience in contract dispute resolution and construction claims, litigation services, and construction consulting services
  • 2 years of experience in data management and business analytics projects using coding languages including Python, SQL, or Excel VBA.

Responsibilities

  • Support program and project management, project controls, and process improvement for engineering and construction projects.
  • Analyze and manage construction project scope, cost, schedule, contracts, resources, changes and risks.
  • Evaluate, monitor, and report on performance of projects.
  • Perform data management and analytics.
  • Support analysis of construction claims.
  • Respond to requests from clients and regarding project leads.
