About The Position

IEQ Capital, a Registered Investment Advisor, is seeking a motivated Senior Associate to help manage important elements of client relationships and support Partners and their team. The role provides operational support, responds to client servicing needs, and collaborates with team members to deliver customer service and customized financial strategies. The Senior Associate will participate in client meetings, initially discussing operational aspects of the business and taking on more investment-related responsibilities over time.

The total compensation range, inclusive of base salary and bonus, is $95,000–$130,000, depending on skills and experience.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Deep curiosity about financial markets.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to think critically and anticipate issues.
• Good verbal and communication skills.
• Good relationship-building skills inside and outside the organization.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume, high-pressure environment.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• A “no task is too small” mentality.

Responsibilities

• Support Partners and their team with money movement, including wires and journals.
• Create and maintain accounts.
• Prepare for client and prospect meetings.
• Place trades on behalf of clients.
• Interact with clients and support their servicing needs.
• Research client inquiries and manage follow-up communication.
• Construct client performance and asset allocation reports.
• Collaborate with team members to provide exceptional customer service and develop customized financial strategies for existing and prospective clients.
• Participate in client meetings to discuss operational aspects of the business, with more investment-related responsibilities over time.
