Provide Back-Office support for Title Company and provide Title Search and Commitment report to the client. Ability to perform review of Title Search and examine search copies sourced from Title plants such as Property Insight (Title Point), Data Trace, Redvision and Netronline. Ability to read search documents and paraphrase/align title and other title commitment related matters. Work with closing coordinators to revise Title Commitments as needed. Review residential / commercial title search materials and create title reports and commitments based on Title Search information. Manage and maintain assigned title files in compliance with process guidelines. Maintain strong team alliance / ability to work with co-workers to meet and achieve team and department goals. Should be capable of producing error free work consistently. Ability to discern matters that require escalation to a supervisor. Timely completion of all work assignments and projects.
